We own the designed SVG file of the product created, including all artwork, components and content. At no time may our SVG created files or products be sold to a 3rd party for production, distribution or sale. We reserve the right to possess, use and enjoy the entire property, including selling the product commercially. If a formal contract or written agreement is not completed with other terms and conditions when collaborating on a project, file or product then we reserve the right to assume ownership of said digital or physical item. At no time after the file, physical product or property as been created may any other person or business have rights over future sales, distribution or rights that Universal Laser Designs creates. We reserve the right to share any completed product to our social media. You many not use our product photos to sell our products as your own. Our designs are copyrighted and may not be used or re-created and sold. Legal action will be taken to protect our rights if any person or business is found to be within infraction of these rights.
